Our 12-Step Upholstery Cleaning System

Step 2: Area Preparation

We take precautions to protect the surrounding furnishings before cleaning.

Step 4: Pre-Treat

Depending on the fabric type and soiling condition, we apply a special solution to emulsify the soil.

Step 6: Pre-Groom

The fabric is gently groomed with soft upholstery brushes to loosen the soil.

Step 8: Neutralize

We pH balance the fabric to maintain its soft, fresh feel.

Step 10: Post Groom

We prepare the upholstery for drying by gently combing the fabric.

Step 12: Post Cleaning Inspection

Our technicians review the cleaning results with you to ensure that your expectations have been exceeded.

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our technicians perform special tests to determine the fabric content and identify any permanent stains or areas of concern.

Step 3: Pre-Vacuum

We thoroughly vacuum all textiles to remove dry soils and loose particles.

Step 5: Pre-Spot

We pre-treat any difficult spots to increase the likelihood of removal.

Step 7: Soil Extraction & Rinse

We use a gentle, controlled rinse to extract the soil from the fabric.

Step 9: Post Spot

Any remaining spots are treated with special stain removal products.

Step 11: Speed Dry

We use high velocity air movers to speed up the drying process.
