Our Eight-Step System for Cleaning
Tile & Grout

Step 2: Preparation

We take great care to prepare the surrounding areas to ensure no damage is done to carpeted or hardwood floors. All movable furniture is moved out of the way prior to cleaning.

Step 4: Soil Suspension

We use only the most advanced cleaning products available on the market to suspend and remove ground-in dirt and stains.

Step 6: Rinsing

A rinse solution is pumped through the cleaning machine to sanitize and balance the pH of your tile and grout.

Step 8: Final Inspection

Our technicians will conduct a final inspection to ensure that all areas have been properly cleaned and sealed to your satisfaction. We will address any concerns or questions you may have before leaving your home.

Step 1: Initial Assessment

Our technicians will assess the condition of your tile and take note of any particularly challenging areas that need extra attention. They will discuss the expected outcomes with you and devise a plan for addressing each issue.

Step 3: Dry Soil Removal

The first step in any effective cleaning process is to thoroughly remove dry soil. Our technicians will use powerful vacuums to remove all dry soil and debris from your tile and grout.

Step 5: Cleaning

Stubborn or heavily used areas will be manually scrubbed with a brush or a mechanical rotating brush, depending on the level of soiling. The entire floor is then cleaned using our state-of-the-art pressure cleaning system.

Step 7: Sealing/Finishing

The type of sealer and application method used will depend on the surface being treated. We use only the highest quality sealers and finishing products to ensure long-lasting protection and shine.
